TEACHING INTERESTS

My teaching interests range across the history of science, environmental history, and European and global history. I am especially interested in teaching on topics such as the earth and environmental sciences and the global history of science, technology and material culture.

In 2021, I was recognized by the College of Arts and Science at Vanderbilt University for excellence in teaching.
